Coastal Contracting Co.
A site for a general contractor built around one job: making the phone ring. Tap-to-call on every screen, project gallery, quote request in under 30 seconds.
No templates. No page builders. No fluff. Every line of code on every site I ship is written for that business alone — which is why they load fast, rank locally, and turn visitors into phone calls.
Every card below is a live, hand-coded build.

A site for a general contractor built around one job: making the phone ring. Tap-to-call on every screen, project gallery, quote request in under 30 seconds.
A landscaping build that sells the before-and-after. Seasonal service pages, photo-forward layout, and a quote form clients actually finish.
Honest note: Lovely Web Co is a new studio — these are concept builds that show my standard, not paid client work yet. The first clients get that same standard at founding-client pricing, and their results will sit right here.
Four principles behind every build.
Your customer is on their phone, in a parking lot, deciding who to call. Template sites make them wait; mine don't. No builder bloat, no 40 plugins — just lean code that loads before doubt sets in.
Every layout decision points at one action: contact you. Your number is never more than one tap away.
No Wix subscription, no platform ransom. When we're done, the site is yours — hosting costs a few dollars a month, sometimes nothing.
You talk to the person writing the code — not an account manager, not an offshore team. Decisions get made in minutes, not meetings.
When these spots are gone, they're gone.
Custom hand-coded site, written copy, mobile-first design, local search setup, and launch on your own domain — everything on this page, done for your business.
Before I built websites, I worked a lot of other jobs — ranch work, electrical, labor, sales, you name it. I touched just about everything while mastering nothing. Then I found out I'm pretty darn good at building websites.
So the deal is simple: one phone call about your business, and I take it from there — writing, design, code, launch. You get back to work. The site starts working for you.
Based in Port Orange, Florida. If you're local, I'll meet you at the shop or the jobsite.
If yours isn't here, just call.
Founding clients: $750 flat. After those spots fill, custom builds run $1,500–$2,500 depending on size. You'll always get one fixed number in writing before we start — never an hourly meter.
One phone call about your business and send me whatever photos you have. That's it. I write the words, design the pages, build the code, and handle the launch. You approve it before it goes live.
About two weeks from our first call to launch for a standard site. You see a live preview along the way and nothing goes public without your OK.
None required. You own the site outright, and hosting costs a few dollars a month — sometimes nothing. If you'd rather never think about it, my optional care plan from $60/month covers hosting, updates, and changes.
Usually the honest answer is a rebuild — old template sites fight every change. But I'll look at yours for free and tell you straight whether it's worth fixing or replacing.
A chat assistant on your site that answers customer questions around the clock — hours, services, service area — and collects their name and number for you to call back. It's trained on your business, not generic scripts. From $50/month, added to any site I build.
Tell me what you do. I'll send back a real number — not a "starting at" — within a day. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.
